Garbage Cans - HOA Covenants and ACC Design Standard Requirements - Action Required
We need your cooperation to correct this situation.  We've received several complaints and have also observed numerous homes that are violation of our HOA covenants and our ACC Design Standards related to garbage cans (trash receptacles).

Following is from our HOA covenants:

6.13 Clotheslines, Garbage Cans, etc.:  No clotheslines shall be permitted.  All equipment, garbage cans and woodpiles shall be kept in garages or screened by adequate planting or approved fencing so as to conceal them from view of neighboring residences and streets. 

 

We appreciate your immediate attention to resolve this situation if you are currently in violation of our standards. If this violation isn't corrected. then further action can be taken per the HOA covenants.
