ECCA News

Attached to the Camdenplace blogger was the ECCA November email blast. Please take the time to read as there is quite a bit of information about East Cobb.

 

In addition, they have changed their December Meeting to Wednesday, December 11^th at 7PM at the East Cobb Government Center. There is no meeting November.  It is a planning meeting.

 

Additionally, if you haven’t heard yet, Isakson Living refiled for CCRC on November 5^th for the Tritt property on Roswell Road. The petition (Z-2) is scheduled to be heard in February, 2014. Though a moratorium was put in place for the CCRC zonings classification on Tuesday, 11/12/13 (no new applications for CCRC will be accepted from now to April 1, 2014), it has no effect on this case. The commissioners may choose to continue the case until the code modifications are complete, but when it is heard it will be considered under the guidelines of the current CCRC code.
