Annual Assessment Dues Invoice Information

Based on the success with emailing prior years Annual Assessment (Dues) Invoices, the Board plans to email the 2014 Annual Assessment Invoices during the last week of 2013. This will save on postage and printing expense for all homeowners who have provided an email address.

 If you prefer not to receive your Invoice by email, or if you have not provided an email address, you will receive your 2014 Invoice by USPS mail. In order to opt out of receiving your Invoice by email, you may send an email to the Treasurer at k_cbrown@bellsouth.net, stating that you opt out of participating in the email Invoice process.

The Board of Directors voted to maintain the CPHOA 2014 Annual Assessment amount at $800. The Due Date for payment of your CPHOA 2014 Annual Assessment Invoice will be January 31, 2014, whether the invoice is delivered by email or by USPS mail.
