Clubhouse Update

Initial inspection of the clubhouse by the insurance adjuster was completed on 1/15.  The restoration company is continuing the demolition process and hopes to complete that process sometime next week. A significant number of walls and ceiling have already been removed. The wood floors have been removed. The restoration company will conduct more moisture tests to determine if additional actions need to be taken.  A complete inventory of all the contents in the clubhouse was completed and every item was classified as salvageable or unsalvageable. All items that are salvageable are being stored in pods in the clubhouse parking lot.  The entire process to restore and rebuild the clubhouse will take several months; we do not have a definite timetable yet. We will continue to update you as we move forward.
