Clubhouse Status

The work to rebuild the clubhouse is progressing.   There is a lot to be done as much of the clubhouse had to be gutted.   We will be replacing the kitchen, bathrooms, some flooring and walls.  Additionally, the windows, ceilings, insulation and some electrical wiring will also be replaced.   This is going to be a 2-3 month process going forward.   The bathrooms will be the priority to complete first.  We are hoping for early June.   As for the rest of the clubhouse it could be late June to early July.   The dumpster will remain in the parking area.  Please do not dump trash in the container and keep children away.  The porta-potty will also remain until bathrooms are complete.   This is a construction site, so please exercise caution.   We will continue to keep Camden Place updated on the progress of the re-build.
