The HOA Board has voted to maintain the HOA annual dues at $800.
The 2014 year end financial results will be presented and reviewed at our 2015 HOA annual meeting on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at 7:00pm in the clubhouse.
The Board plans to email your 2015 HOA annual dues invoice during the last week of 2014. This procedure has worked very well over the past few years as it has streamlined the entire process and saves the HOA a significant amount of time in addition to postage and printing expenses.
If you prefer not to receive your invoice by email, or if you have not provided an email address, you will receive your 2015 Invoice by USPS mail.

In order to opt out of receiving your invoice by email, please send an email to Brian Nagel stating that you would like to opt out of participating in the email Invoice process.
