The HOA Board has voted to maintain the HOA annual dues at $800.
The 2015 year end financial results will be presented and reviewed at our 2016 HOA annual meeting on Sunday, January 31st, 2016 at 7:00pm in the clubhouse.
The Board plans to email your 2015 HOA annual dues invoice during the last week of 2015. This procedure has worked very well over the past few years as it has streamlined the entire process and saves the HOA a significant amount of time in addition to postage and printing expenses.
If you prefer not to receive your invoice by email, or if you have not provided an email address, you will receive your 2016 Invoice by USPS mail.
