The current HOA Board has members who have served the community for many years. During their tenure most of the major renovations and repairs to Camden Place common areas have been completed (landscaping/entrance walls, pool repairs, clubhouse renovation, etc). Extensive repairs to the pump house and retention pond are currently underway. These members are interested in stepping down. It is imperative that we have volunteers to take over. At this time Camden Place is one of the few subdivisions of this size that is not professionally managed. We would like to prevent this as it costs a neighborhood tens of thousands of dollars per year.
