Work Updates

The retention area behind the Upper Branden entrance and adjacent to the pool/tennis parking lot will continue to have work done.   This has been a long process requiring contact with several Cobb agencies.   Once the retention area is fixed, the damage to the concrete in that area will also be repaired.    

The pump house repairs are continuing as well.   An outdoor shower has been added to the outside  of the clubhouse and there will be some repairs to concrete there too.   The large River Birch trees near the pavilion have been removed as they have been damaging the pool deck for quite some time.   We are currently making plans for the repair of the pool deck that is affected but this might not take place until the end of the pool season.   

At this time, the Board has completed almost all of the major projects identified in the plan a few years ago.   If anyone is interested in holding a Board position, we would love to hear from you.   Contact Stan Brothers or Michele Brodsky.
