If you were unable to attend the information meeting held in the clubhouse, the official meeting is tomorrow.  The proposal is for a 94 bed fully supported senior living facility with memory care support.  Vehicle access will be from Johnson Ferry Road. 

            This rezoning case is Z-48.

The Planning Commission hearing is scheduled to hear this case at 9 AM, June 7^th, 100 East Cherokee St., Flr. 2 Marietta

The Board of Commissioners hearing is scheduled for 9 AM, June 21^st at the same location.
