Mom, Daughter robbed in Cobb Co. home
On 11/14/11 at approximately 1:45 pm an armed robbery occurred at a residence on Lawrence Mill Run in the Princeton Mill Subdivision (416 beat).
According to investigators with the Crimes Against Person's Unit, the victim and her juvenile son had just returned home and entered the kitchen from the garage door. Shortly thereafter, the suspect entered the same door through the garage, displayed a handgun, and confronted the victims, demanding money. The victim did not have money and the suspect stole jewelry instead. The suspect then fled the residence on foot in an unknown direction.
The suspect has been described as a black male with a dark complexion, age 20-25, 5'10 / 200 pounds. He was wearing a dark blue New York Yankees baseball cap with a straight brim, a grey hooded pullover sweatshirt and dark blue jeans.
