ATTENTION Camden Place Homeowners--Please read and respond

Reminder to opt in for receiving your 2012 Annual Assessment Invoice by email.
Thanks for your response so far. About 1/3 of the homeowners have already opted in to receive their invoice by email. If you opted in, you would have already received an acknowledgement message from the Treasurer. If you sent an email to opt in and have not received an acknowledgement, please recheck the email address to make sure it was sent to k_cbrown@bellsouth.net.
In order to save on postage and printing expense, the CPHOA Board of Directors would like to send the 2012 Annual Assessment Invoices by email, to as many homeowners as possible. If you are willing to participate in the email invoice process, please enroll by sending an email to the Treasurer, stating that you will participate for 2012.
To opt out of receiving your invoice by email, no email reply is necessary, and you will continue to receive your 2012 Invoice by USPS mail. Or, you may send an email to the Treasurer stating that you opt out of participating in the email invoice process, and you will continue to receive your 2012 Invoice by USPS mail.
The Due Date for payment of your CPHOA 2012 Annual Assessment Invoice will be January 31, 2012, whether the invoice is delivered by email or by USPS mail.
