HOA Dues Invoice--Please Read!

Please enroll to receive your 2012 CPHOA Annual Assessment Invoice by email!
In order to save on postage and printing expense, the CPHOA Board of Directors would like to send the 2012 Annual Assessment Invoices by email, to as many homeowners as possible. If you are willing to participate in the email invoice process, please enroll by sending an email to the Treasurer, stating that you will participate for 2012.
To opt out of receiving your invoice by email, no email reply is necessary, and you will continue to receive your 2012 Invoice by USPS mail. Or, you may send an email to the Treasurer stating that you opt out of participating in the email invoice process, and you will continue to receive your 2012 Invoice by USPS mail. 
The Due Date for payment of your CPHOA 2012 Annual Assessment Invoice will be January 31, 2012, whether delivered by email or by USPS mail.
