CPHOA proxy ballots have been delivered to your mailbox. Please vote, sign and date your proxy ballot and return it to Abby Russell at 1350 Garrick Way. You can also scan your ballot and sign it and send it to Abby via email at aar77@comcast.net. If you have misplaced your ballot, contact Abby via her email and she will send you a ballot.
