Clubhouse Update

It has become apparent that some homeowners were not aware of the extensive damage that was done to the clubhouse when the pipe froze and burst in the attic.  The clubhouse was essentially gutted.  Every wall was damaged, ceilings collapsed, flooring destroyed and the majority of furniture and fixtures ruined.    Almost everything has been removed and in the process of being replaced.  Stan Brothers has been working tirelessly to our benefit with the insurance company, contractors and adjusters.   We are in the home stretch for the completion of the clubhouse renovations.  New kitchen cabinets are currently being installed and the flooring will be installed in coming days.   Please continue your patience as there are a number of items still to be completed.   Please inform your children that the playground is closed.
