Improvements coming to Camden Place

The HOA board is pleased to announce the following approved projects that will significantly improve the overall appearance of our subdivision:Landscaping
In the next few weeks, a major landscaping project will begin around the clubhouse.  This project will greatly upgrade the appearance of the circle in front of the clubhouse and the area along the fence to the right of the clubhouse.  The plantings will begin before the end of October, 2011 and the project will be completed in 2012.
Entrance Walls
The entrance walls at the three entrances to our subdivision (Upper Branden Place, Broxbourne Drive and Lanbrook Court) are in need of repair (Upper Branden Place and Broxbourne Drive have large cracks in the walls) and refurbishing.  In addition, new signage for Camden Place will be added to each entrance wall.  Work on this project will begin in 2012 and will be completed in 2013.
We have contracted with a landscape architect firm to manage these projects for us.  A special thank you to Bonnie Bauer and Michele Brodsky for leading our efforts in this project.  The total cost for these projects is estimated to be $60,000 and these costs have been included in our current financial plan.
