HOA Project Update
Following up on our major entrance wall and landscaping improvement project in 2012, here are the projects we have under consideration at this time in 2013:
- Landscaping - we will continue our efforts to improve and upgrade the landscaping in all common areas (including islands and cul-de-sacs). Initial project this year will be around the pool parking lot, clubhouse and tennis courts. Replacement landscaping to areas of tree removal.
- Tree Maintenance - we will continue to work with an independent arborist to ensure the trees in our neighborhood are healthy and pose no safety concerns. Please note: any trees that have been removed (or will be removed) are a result of poor health and pose significant safety concerns.
- Tennis Courts - resurface courts #1 and #2, repairs to #3 & #4. Trim overhanging trees.
- Pool Fence - repair and repaint
- Clubhouse - improvements
Each individual project is reviewed and voted on by board prior to funds being allocated.
