Landscape Improvements
Over the past year, between the significant landscaping work the HOA has done in the common areas coupled with the landscaping work being done by numerous homeowners, a very large number of trees have been removed. These trees have been removed for all the right reasons; the age and poor health of the trees, safety issues and in some cases, poor planning in the original landscape design of the neighborhood. The results of all this work has significantly improved the overall landscaping in our neighborhood.
That being said, I would strongly recommend all homeowners to do what they can to add new trees and landscaping to replace the old trees being cut down. This information should be included when you summit a proposal to the ACC. I believe this will help to continually improve the overall appearance, quality and value of all the homes in Camden Place.
